Italy is a priority market for Grosvenor. We made our first investment in 2002 and opened a Milan office in 2006. Our offices are located in Piazzale Biancamano, 8 in the centre if Milan.
Grosvenor is investing primarily in high street and retail warehousing throughout Italy. Currently, we directly manage retail properties located in prime areas of Milan, Bergamo and Cagliari. We are also active in the shopping centres field through Sonae Sierra of which we own 50%.
