Grosvenor has interests in other major cities of Spain, and primarily in shopping centres through Sonae Sierra, of which Grosvenor owns 50%.
In Bilbao and through Sonae Sierra, Grosvenor has interests in Max Center and Zubiarte shopping centres.
In Malaga, Sonae Sierra owns Plaza Mayor, a 34,351m² shopping centre, which will be extended with an additional 18,750m² in autumn 2007.
In San Javier, a city in the Murcia province on the east coast of Spain, Grosvenor has interest in Dos Mares, which is owned and managed by Sonae Sierra.
Grosvenor is also active through Sonae Sierra in other cities such as Oviedo, Santander, Toledo, Zaragoza and Ponferrada where the Group co-owns shopping centres.
