Our management team has a successful track record of achievement. Its strengths include sourcing investment opportunities, active asset management and the ability to establish strategic operating partnerships. We have an active Board that oversees all strategic decisions for Grosvenor Continental Europe. The Board is chaired by Tony Wyand. It is composed of nine members, four of whom are executive directors.

Mark Preston MRICS is Group Chief Executive. He joined Grosvenor in the UK in 1989. In 1995, he was seconded to Hong Kong, after which he returned to lead Grosvenor’s Fund Management operations from 1997 to 2002. After four years in San Francisco as President of Grosvenor USA, he returned to the UK as CEO of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland in June 2006, a post he held until 1 July 2008.  He is on the Board of The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate and a Non-Executive Director of Royal & Sun Alliance.  Age 40.
