Our management team has a successful track record of achievement. Its strengths include sourcing investment opportunities, active asset management and the ability to establish strategic operating partnerships. We have an active Board that oversees all strategic decisions for Grosvenor Continental Europe. The Board is chaired by Tony Wyand. It is composed of six members, three of whom are executive directors.
Paolo Mutti
Head of Retail Investment Italy
Paolo joined Grosvenor in September 2006. Paolo has extensive expertise in retail real estate. He was previously Project Manager for the franchising chain “Infiore Store” where he managed the opening of 100 sales outlets in Italy. He has also been Sales Director for Italy for the sport brand Champion.
