The Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund has purchased 17-19 Nevern Place which consists of a total of 18 flats in a conversion of a pair of Victorian buildings, which are situated in Earls Court.
These flats comprise eight, two bedroom, one bathroom flats which range from between 585 and 701 sq ft. There are ten, one bedroom, one bathroom flats which range from between 388 and 683 sq ft.
The flats have been purchased chased with the existing tenancies in place. A specification for the refurbishment of the building has been drawn up and fully costed. The fund will obtain vacant possession of the building and carry out a refurbishment of the exterior and the 18 flats. Once completed, the flats will be let into the Earls Court rental market.
