The Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund has purchased 17-19 Nevern Place which consists of a total of 18 flats in a conversion of a pair of Victorian buildings, which are situated in Earls Court.
These flats comprise eight, two bedroom, one bathroom flats which range from between 585 and 701 sq ft. There are ten, one bedroom, one bathroom flats which range from between 388 and 683 sq ft.
Following the purchase in 2008 a refurbishment programme has been commenced, which will be completed in Q2 2009. Once completed, the flats will be let into the Earls Court rental market.
