Festival Place opened in October 2002. It is Hampshire's regional shopping destination and offers over 165 shops as well as 28 restaurants, bars and cafés, a multi screen cinema, sports centre, library and night club.

It currently ranks third in the UK for Shopping Centres in a Town Centre (CACI Research). The selection of top brands and quality retailers makes this centre a vibrant hub for shoppers. It is within easy access from the M3 and M4, with parking for 3,000 cars.
