Grosvenor Australian Core Plus Office Fund

Grosvenor is developing an Australian core plus office fund which will develop and hold a portfolio of prime office assets in major Australian office markets.

 

The fund will provide enhanced returns by combining investment and development activities which complement Grosvenor Australia’s existing business.  Seed assets for the fund include prime office buildings in Sydney, Parramatta and Brisbane.

 

Marketing of the fund is expected to commence in the second half of 2008.
