Grosvenor Diamond Capital - Stable Residential Fund was established in 2005 in response to rising demand from institutional investors for diversified sources of income. The fund is focused on high quality, well managed residential properties with stable recurring income. At least 70% of assets are in Tokyo with the remaining 30% in other major Japanese cities. The fund is spearheaded by Grosvenor and DREAM, a division of Mitsubishi Corporation.
