Grosvenor Italian Retail Investments is a private vehicle that will seek to invest in town centre retail and retail warehouse properties in large and medium sized Italian towns. The Fund will create a diversified portfolio of well-located core and value add assets that attract high quality tenants, benefitting from secure income and strong rental growth potential and where there may be management opportunities through repositioning and re-leasing.
