Grosvenor Office Retail Fund was established in September 2007.

It is focused on Grade B/C office and retail properties primarily in Tokyo and Osaka. Returns are enhanced through both stable income and value-add approach.  The fund may also gain exposure through other suitable opportunities such as development projects in Japan
