Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund

Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund was established in 1998.  It was created to target shopping centres in medium sized towns in the UK, which are dominant in their catchment areas.  Each shopping centre has at least one major anchor store.  The fund is seeking to raise new equity.
