The RISE, Vancouver

Located on Cambie Street and 8th Avenue in South East False Creek, The RISE is in the heart of an emerging uptown retail district. The RISE features a rooftop community with 92 Live/Work rental homes surrounding a semi-private rooftop garden with views of the North Shore Mountains. Retail tenants include Save-On-Foods, Winners/Home Sense, Home Depot, Starbucks and TD Bank.

The RISE completed in September 2008, was one of only five projects chosen by the Urban Land Institute for a 2009 Global Award for Excellence.
