Béatrice has a Ph.D. in Economics and the IPF certificate. She is based in Paris and is responsible for both economic and property market research in Continental Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Belgium). She undertakes modelling and is involved in investment appraisal at micro level.
Béatrice joined Grosvenor Continental Europe in 2004. Prior to joining the Research Team, she was Senior Economist in a think tank and responsible for southern Europe and Latin America. She also lead research in the construction sector in France, Spain and undertook housing modelling for a number of european countries and the United States. Prior to this, Béatrice held a Research position in CREST, the French Research arm of the INSEE (National French Economic Institute) and was in charge of Location Theory and Economic Geography. She was a lecturer in Economy in a number of universities and business schoosl in France.
Béatrice is a member of the AREIM, a Society of French Property Researcher, and AFEDE, a Society of French Corporate Economists. She is involved in the Grosvenor Charity Committee.
