Research Team

Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, headed by a research director, who reports to the local CEO. The research agendas are formulated to support local strategic needs and fund management requirements.  Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates; the economic overview, the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.

Research Analyst, London Estate, UK

Danielle joined Grosvenor as the London Estate Analyst in 2004. Her role provides research and analytical support for London including keeping the team well informed of current market conditions and deepening knowledge and understanding of occupiers.

Prior to Grosvenor, Danielle worked for Knight Frank Research & Consultancy. Danielle holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Real Estate Investment.
