Research Team

Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, headed by a research director, who reports to the local CEO. The research agendas are formulated to support local strategic needs and fund management requirements.  Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates; the economic overview, the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.

Ian Anderson
Research Associate, US

Ian Anderson’s work at Grosvenor focuses on the research and analysis of real estate markets throughout North America. In addition, he examines the economic factors affecting these markets and the larger economies of the United States and Canada. His background includes five years experience analyzing, evaluating, and researching real estate markets, and ten years experience in the fund management industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Business and Political Science, and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
