Research Team

Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, headed by a research director, who reports to the local CEO. The research agendas are formulated to support local strategic needs and fund management requirements. Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates the economic overview, the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.

 

Manish Enaker
Research Analyst, UK

Manish’s role is to support all the business teams across Grosvenor with economic & property market research & analysis. He is involved in the forecasting of rents, capital values and yields, and also in the identification of areas for future property development within the UK.

Manish joined Grosvenor in late 2006, having worked in the City for five years, first as an analyst at a Japanese Hedge Fund, then as a Trader/Analyst at a proprietary trading firm. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London, and is also a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
