Research Team
Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, headed by a research director, who reports to the local CEO. The research agendas are formulated to support local strategic needs and fund management requirements. Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates the economic overview, the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.
Maurizio Grilli
Group Senior Research Analyst
Maurizio is responsible for Grosvenor’s house-view of real estate markets, and for identifying themes of future out-performance. This research is used to support strategic decisions and for the development of new products. Maurizio has extensive European property investment research experience. He joins Grosvenor from Cordea Savills and PMA. Prior to that Maurizio studied in Universita' Degli Studi in Genoa and Birkbeck College, University of London.
