Each of Grosvenor’s regional operating companies has its own dedicated research team, headed by a research director, who reports to the local CEO. The research agendas are formulated to support local strategic needs and fund management requirements.  Globally, research is co-ordinated by the Group Research Director who formulates; the economic overview, the internal allocation of funds across regions and long-term strategic planning.

Richard (Rick) Gold is Vice President Market Research and Investment Strategy of Grosvenor Americas and Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc.  He is a member of a number of real estate organizations, including the American Real Estate Society, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
