As an international group, Grosvenor brings together people from different professional disciplines and cultures to create value in our world’s top cities. We recruit, develop and mentor people who are ambassadors for our brand, who share our values and who have the skills and ambition to help us implement our strategy. Each year we select a handful of graduates to join our international business, to learn, grow and contribute to our privately owned group. Whether managing our prestigious 300 acre London estate or working on developments from one of our offices around the world, our graduates are fully involved from day one.
Our success as a business lies in our internationally diverse portfolio and our long-term outlook. Graduates have the opportunity to begin their property career working on high-profile properties and developments, which you can read more about in our Featured Properties and Locations pages.
All our graduates are entrusted with a high level of responsibility from an early stage and get the chance to provide input from day one. Continued support from other team members and on-going professional training enables our graduates to rise to the challenge.
We recognise how important our people are to the success of the business so graduates are always viewed as a valued member of the team. Our shared values across the group mean that you will be working with like-minded, friendly people, whichever office you are working in.
Learning and development
As a graduate you will join one of our international offices and immediately have the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile projects. You will also undertake a relevant professional qualification such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor's Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification or another qualification appropriate for the function, market or location you are working within.
Our UK graduates gain experience through a rotational programme. This provides a comprehensive introduction to working in property and the necessary competencies to achieve the APC. Example rotations include: development, asset management, leasing, investment, property management and financial analysis.
Graduates in Asia typically support multiple functions within the property industry during the programme. There are abundant opportunities to work closely with colleagues in our offices in Asia Pacific to enrich your insights on these diversified markets.
All graduates are assigned a dedicated supervisor and counsellor to provide support throughout the programme. APC technical training is also supplemented by our in-house training programme to provide our graduates with the skills required to pursue a career in property.
Life at Grosvenor
Grosvenor isn’t all about work. A broad range of social, sporting, cultural, charitable and volunteering activities are organised frequently, providing opportunities to meet people from around the business. You could also join one of our committees, such as Sports & Social, the Charity Committee or the GBI Culture Club, and be part of the team organising these events.
