This includes offering a range of family-friendly policies, and, in the UK, a series of seminars focused on mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health in partnership with 360 Health and Performance.
Our newly renovated Hong Kong office is designed specifically to provide a heathier, more collaborative and productive workplace for our employees. It is amongst the pioneer offices in Hong Kong targeting to achieve WELL and LEAD certifications.

Charitable activity and volunteering
Grosvenor is committed to being part of and supporting the communities that we are active in. This is done through a variety of initiatives, including supporting charities through our regional charity committees, participating in fundraising sporting events and organising our own activities, such as bake sales. The Grosvenor Britain & Ireland charity committee organises the largest of our fundraising events - a bi-annual ‘Grosvenor’s Got Talent’ gala in London, which, in 2016 raised £90,000 for the company’s chosen charity.
During 2017, Grosvenor Americas donated a total of $515,000 to philanthropic, educational, sustainable and local charities. Employees from our Calgary and Vancouver offices volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, a global non-profit housing organisation helping to build affordable housing for people and families in need and our Washington, DC office spent a day assisting at the Capital Area Food Bank by sorting groceries and making bags.
We also encourage our people to get involved with charities and causes important to them and have a volunteering policy to enable them to do so.
