London Project Developer of the Year 2015

Grosvenor won ‘London Project Developer of the Year’ at the London Construction Awards 2015 announced at the London Build 2015 exhibition on 18 June 2015. The award recognised Grosvenor’s completion of 11 & 19 Passmore Street, the first privately-rented residence in London to achieve the Enerphit Passivhaus energy standard.

EnerPhit Passivhaus is the world's leading sustainability standard for refurbishment that provides a high level of tenant comfort whilst using very little energy. Part of the challenge for Grosvenor was to ensure all sustainable additions to the buildings were made in keeping with their current style - typical London terraces with attractive brick frontage.

The retrofitting and refurbishment benefits include efficient ventilation, with specially designed air ducts that filter 80% of large dust particles, triple glazing, insulation and airtightness.
