20 Grosvenor Street is a 40,000 sq ft redevelopment in one of our core office locations. Designed to BREEAM 'Excellent' standard, the double aspect building showcases the best of old and new.

2015 will mark the fifth time the fa├žade of 18 has been altered since the original house was built in 1725. As part of our redevelopment, the building’s first floor 19th century Adamesque ceilings, neo-classical door cases and fireplaces have been restored to their full glory.

Retained and enhanced period features combine with high-level specification providing flexible, modern office space in the heart of Mayfair.

Hand-set stone and contemporary brickwork with bronze coloured detailing cover the faades. Retained features on the first floor period room include ornate fireplaces, 19th century Adamesque ceilings and intricate cornicing, providing a balance to the new build. A roof terrace on the fourth floor presents an attractive external space.

A prime pre-let

We pre-let 20 Grosvenor Street to KPMG nine months ahead of completion. The firm will use it as their flagship client meeting suite. Commenting on the move Simon Collins, UK Chairman of KPMG said: "Opening a building in the heart of Mayfair for our clients is exciting and our ambition is to create a very different meeting space. We are keen to push boundaries in design and service excellence".
