A period transformation

We have combined the building’s heritage with modern design and specification to create a striking office.

We restored the heritage townhouse façade and used the existing internal features, including high ceilings, to create grand client-facing  areas.  Our architect Squire and Partners designed a rear open-plan link block creating a dynamic and flexible workspace. The large floor-plates in the modern offices can be opened up to encourage team working.

Outside of the office, Mayfair offers a range of amenities and excellent connections. Grosvenor Street, one of London’s most prestigious addresses, runs through the heart of the Mayfair Conservation Area. Local amenities include five-star hotels (Claridge’s, the Connaught and The Beaumont); restaurants (Mount Street and Lancashire Court) and shopping (Mount Street, Bond Street, Jermyn Street and Selfridges). Green Park, Bond Street, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus underground stations are all within walking distance. The opening of Crossrail in 2018 will further improve connectivity to the east and west of the capital.
