65 Davies Street

Capitalising on Crossrail's connections

65 Davies Street is a 63,000 sq ft office development that will sit above the western ticket hall of Crossrail's new Bond Street West station.

A competitive advantage

65 Davies Street as the over-site development for Crossrail’s Bond Street West will offer commercial occupiers a business advantage – direct links to the high capacity service with 40 stations linking Reading and Heathrow to the west to the City and Abbeywood in the east, with new Crossrail stations constructed along the central route at Paddington, Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon, Liverpool Street, Whitechapel and Canary Wharf.

Designed by PLP Architecture, the contemporary scheme complements the traditional architecture of the neighbouring Mayfair buildings, incorporating high quality natural materials, with a richly detailed facade. The office will rise six floors above the station, served by a double height entrance lobby on Davies Street.

We will deliver the scheme once Crossrail completes the station and ticket hall in 2018. As part of a wider placemaking initiative, we will also undertake improvements to the surrounding public areas on Davies Street and Weighhouse Street.

Capitalising on Crossrail connections

Crossrail will boost the West End's position as a thriving cultural and retail destination making it an even better place to live, work and visit. The future occupiers of 65 Davies Street will have a direct link to the new high capacity rail link, connecting 40 stations from Reading and Heathrow in the west, to the City and Abbeywood in the east.
