The Grade II listed building is narrow and contains seven internal staircases, creating a commercially viable development, which meets today's residential and retail occupiers' requirements.

We restored and extended the two groups of original buildings joining them together with a new contemporary link block. The design combines historic features with contemporary interiors and the latest technology. Ceiling roses, fireplaces and ceramic tiles that were once hidden by false ceilings and storage, have been uncovered and restored. Unusually for Mayfair, the majority of apartments have private outdoor terraces or balconies.
A retail revolution
The retail units at 65 Duke Street allowed us to enhance the tenant mix, creating a new identity for the area to complement the offer at nearby Selfridges. New brands attracted to the street include Jigsaw's Duke Street Emporium, Penelope Chilvers, Laura Apsit Livens, E-Tautz and Private White VC.
