65 Duke Street

Mixed-use restoration in Mayfair

65 Duke Street comprises of 16 one, two and three bedroom apartments and five retail properties in Mayfair, to the east of Oxford Street and close to Selfridges department store.

Refurbished and restored

Architectural features such as the ceiling roses, fireplaces and ceramic tiles that were once hidden by false ceilings and storage, have been uncovered and restored to their former glory.

The Grade II listed building is narrow and contains seven internal staircases, creating a commercially viable development, which meets today's residential and retail occupiers' requirements.

Residential units for rent

The residential units meet the demand for professionally managed, high-quality rental product in Mayfair. Our occupiers have access to a dedicated property manager and concierge together with a 24-hour call centre.

We restored and extended the two groups of original buildings joining them together with a new contemporary link block. The design combines historic features with contemporary interiors and the latest technology. Ceiling roses, fireplaces and ceramic tiles that were once hidden by false ceilings and storage, have been uncovered and restored. Unusually for Mayfair, the majority of apartments have private outdoor terraces or balconies.

A retail revolution

The retail units at 65 Duke Street allowed us to enhance the tenant mix, creating a new identity for the area to complement the offer at nearby Selfridges. New brands attracted to the street include Jigsaw's Duke Street Emporium, Penelope Chilvers, Laura Apsit Livens, E-Tautz and Private White VC.
