The building was historically occupied by the Ladies' Empire Club who used the large rear room on Grosvenor Hill as a ballroom. The 14,500 sq ft redevelopment consists of part extensive refurbishment and part brand new contemporary office behind the original façades to Grosvenor Street and Grosvenor Hill.
The property's two self-contained buildings can be joined or divided by a modern glass partition. The unique first floor private office has a Juliet balcony and traditional fireplace, while the ballroom features oak herringbone flooring, an ornate chandelier and period fireplaces at facing ends.
We achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' and an EPC rating of B.
69 Grosvenor Street is our first 'boutique' townhouse office development. We wanted to capture the elegance of the building's Georgian features while incorporating the contemporary interiors and technology required by modern office occupiers. The whole design is intended to reflect a boutique hotel appealing to companies seeking a higher standard of design and individuality.
