The CresseyKitchen has a revolutionary walk-through design that flows seamlessly into the living area where dramatic views await. The most noticeable feature is its upscale style and high-grade appliances. Two 24-inch refrigerators are available in every home, with the fridges and dishwasher artfully integrated into the cabinetry.

The CresseyKitchen décor is as sophisticated as the design. Quartz countertops are complemented by the marble backsplash and the European appliances are also top of the line with a Porter and Charles five-burner gas stove and a slide out hood fan.

Avenue, a phased two tower condominium, offers luxury high rise living in the premier downtown West End neighbourhood.  Located within a block from the city's waterfront and river pathway system, Avenue features exceptional views across the Bow River and the downtown city skyline.

Construction commenced in July 2014, with an estimated completion date of late Spring 2017.
