In San Francisco, Grosvenor owns and manages a collection of mixed-use properties on Union Square, one of the world’s most vibrant and leading shopping and tourist destinations. Neighboring boutique buildings host luxury retailers including Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana, Neiman Marcus, Jimmy Choo, Chanel, La Perla, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent and Valentino. In 2016, international fashion house Dior opened its 10,000 sq. ft. flagship store in Grosvenor’s 185 Post Street property, and our other buildings in Union Square welcome tenants Gucci, Coach and Hermes. Our presence in this unique retail core helps contribute to the area’s growth, which is triggered by excellent access to transit, strong tourism and the continued expansion of top national and international retailers.

In Los Angeles, Grosvenor’s property is located on Beverley Hills’ renowned Rodeo Drive. Our three-floor building is home to the flagship Beverley Hills salon of Harry Winston, one of the world’s most luxurious diamond jewelry and timepiece specialists.

1500K in Washington, DC is a historic property which we have meticulously restored, preserving the heritage elements while modernizing building systems to maximize environmental efficiency and enhance comfort for our tenants.  Served by the Metro and eminently walkable, 1500 K offers a cosmopolitan mix of high-end dining, upscale retail, and prominent museums. McPherson Square, the White House, and the chic boutiques, restaurants, and music venues of 14th Street represent just some of the surrounding neighborhood’s charms.

Grosvenor’s mixed-use property in downtown Chicago is located at 701 North Michigan Avenue along the world-renowned retail district, the Magnificent Mile. Set at the base of the Warwick Allerton Hotel, our recently renovated retail space invites affluent locals and international tourists alike to experience its offerings including Brooks Brothers and Stuart Weitzman in a historic Chicago landmark.
