Asia is a growing source of institutional investment capital, with investors showing an appetite for global gateway cities. Accordingly, Grosvenor Asia Pacific has made 70% of its investments in the region through partnerships. We continue to expand our portfolio in collaboration with investor partners who share our commitment to the long term.
Our current strategy focuses on core investments in the residential and office sectors throughout each of our operating cities; high-quality mixed-use development projects in Hong Kong and Shanghai; and residential development and value-add opportunities, predominantly in Tokyo.
Although we are looking mainly at establishing development partnerships spanning multiple assets, we remain open to investment partners interested in single asset opportunities.
