Grosvenor Group appoints two Non-Executive Directors

Grosvenor, the privately-owned international property group, has appointed Christopher Pratt and Philip Dilley to the Grosvenor Group Board as Non-Executive Directors.

Grosvenor, the privately-owned international property group, has appointed Christopher Pratt and Philip Dilley to the Grosvenor Group Board as Non-Executive Directors. The appointments are effective from 2 June and 10 November 2014 respectively.

Christopher Pratt was Chairman of the Swire Group in Hong Kong from 2006 until his retirement in March 2014. Throughout a varied career he worked with Swire Group in Hong Kong, China, Australia and Papua New Guinea, where he was awarded a CBE in 2000. He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and as a Non-Executive Director of Air China from 2006-2014.

Philip Dilley most recently held the position of Global Chairman of Arup Group from which he has now stepped down, although he continues to advise the firm as a consultant and a Trustee. Philip is also the Non-Executive Chairman of London First and sits on the Professional and Business Services Advisory Group reporting to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Previously, Philip founded the Infrastructure and Urban Development Community at the World Economic Forum and in 2012 he was elected Honorary Fellow of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). Philip is also a Member of the Governing Council at Imperial College, his alma mater.
