The Grosvenor Estate has appointed Camilla Faith as Human Resources Director. Camilla will succeed Sylvia Hamilton, Human Resources Director for Grosvenor Group Limited, who moves on after more than nine years.
Camilla will have responsibility for human resources across the Grosvenor Estate, which represents all the business activities of the Grosvenor family. The Grosvenor Estate has three key elements; Grosvenor Group Limited, Wheatsheaf Group Limited and the Family Investment Office.
Camilla joins the Grosvenor Estate from Morgan Sindall Group Plc, where she was Director of People. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in a wide-range of industries, including banking, construction, logistics and retail. Before working in Human Resources, Camilla was an officer in the British Army and also worked in sales and marketing.
Commenting on the appointment, Jeremy Newsum, Executive Trustee of the Grosvenor Estate said:

Camilla Faith’s diverse career means that she brings a wealth of expertise and a strong commercial perspective to the Human Resources function and we all look forward to working with her.”
Camilla will report to the Executive Trustee. She will also work closely with, and have functional responsibility to the Chief Executive of Grosvenor Group Limited and the Chief Executive of Wheatsheaf Group Limited.

Family Investment Office
The Family Investment Office is responsible for a range of activities on behalf of the Grosvenor Estate Trustees and Grosvenor family including the management of four rural estates in the UK and one in Spain.
Each of these estates is part of a local community and is often the most significant employer in the area. The activities of the Family Investment Office also encompasses Realty Insurances; financial investment portfolios, a fine art collection, the Westminster Foundation charitable foundation, a family and business archive and provision of professional support and advice to the Trustees and to individual members of the Grosvenor family.
