Raising money for The Lullaby Trust and The Household Cavalry Foundation.
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland announces the annual Motcomb Street Summer Party will take place on Wednesday, 24 June 2015 from 5.30pm.
Motcomb Street, a quintessentially British street in the heart of Belgravia, will host the fabulous party to raise money for The Lullaby Trust and The Household Cavalry Foundation.
Guests can browse the street stalls, indulge in delicious treats and enjoy entertainment from Tom Carpenter (The Voice), Purple Fish, a Michael Jackson tribute act and many celebrity look-a-likes, including Johnny Depp, Marilyn Monroe and Keith Lemon. The event is open to the public, with attendees encouraged to make a charity donation on arrival.
Craig McWilliam, Executive Director, London estate at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland said:
"The Motcomb Street Summer Party is a highlight in the Belgravia calendar. It includes superb entertainment and showcases the area's unique village-like ambiance. Grosvenor is very pleased to support the event, now in its 28th year. We will also set up a stand on the evening and welcome people to come and have a chat to us."
The Lullaby Trust provides specialist support for bereaved families, promotes expert advice on safer baby sleep and raises awareness of sudden infant death. It works with the NHS to run Care of Next Infant (CONI), a service for bereaved parents.
The Household Cavalry Foundation cares for the men, families, horses and heritage of Britain's oldest and most senior regiment. The Foundation provides for soldiers injured on operations and relief to retired veterans and their dependants.
Motcomb Street, in Belgravia, is one of the capital's most elegant retail destinations. It has a eclectic mix of fashion, lifestyle and beauty boutiques with internationally acclaimed names Louise Kennedy, Grace Belgravia and Neill Strain nestled amongst renowned restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay's Petrus, Indian-infused Amaya, local favourite Motcombs and The Pantechnicon from Cubitt House.
