After successfully launching The MaE Deli in Marylebone, Ella Mills and husband Matthew Mills open MaE, in Mayfair.
Internationally recognised cookery author and entrepreneur, Deliciously Ella, (aka Ella Mills) and husband Matthew Mills, have today announced the exciting news that their second site, ‘MaE’, is opening its doors in Mayfair in October.
Following on from the huge success of The MaE Deli in Marylebone, which opened less than a year ago to rave reviews, the new site will bring a delicious food offering to the heart of London’s West End.
The new location was chosen both for its size and its location. MaE will be just over double the size of the existing deli, to create more space for customers and meet the growing demand for fresh, natural food. It’s situated on Weighhouse Street, just behind Bond Street Station, so will be in easy reach for local office workers and shoppers on London’s Oxford Street.
On the launch of their second site, Ella said, “Our concept is all about sharing delicious, natural food with our customers, and showing everyone that healthy eating is about being vibrant and abundant, it’s never about deprivation.
“We’ve never intended to do a big roll-out or turn our MaE sites in to a chain, but instead would like to offer different concepts and customer experiences in a handful of different sites. We fell in love with the space on Weighhouse Street the moment we saw it; and it’s so unique to be in such a beautiful building, on a quiet street, yet only 100 yards from Oxford Street. We’re so thrilled to now be able to share it with everyone.”

The Mae Deli offers an array of breakfast options, from smashed avocado on rye to coconut yoghurt pots with homemade fruit compote and granola. For lunch and dinner, the focus is on plant-based salads, stews and soups, with organic chicken and salmon offered as sides. Organic cold pressed juices, smoothies, coffees, hot drinks, treats and cakes are served all day. The whole menu is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, but always with a focus on taste over labels.
MaE will be located at 18-20 Weighhouse Street, W1K 5LU and will be open Monday - Friday 7.30am - 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am -9pm
