The new signings will form this new fashion destination alongside Gant, Johnells, and Pandora, which opened to the public last year. H&M’s Afound will anchor the street, offering both H&M group’s brands, third party brands and limited edition product releases.
Carl Strufve, Director Nordics at Grosvenor Europe commented: "Grosvenor seeks to create vibrant environments where people want to spend their time, and securing an engaging mix of occupiers, including newly launched retail brands such as Afound, is essential. It demonstrates that southern Stockholm is an attractive destination from which to introduce new concepts and brands to the market.”
Since acquiring Skärholmen Centrum in 2015, Grosvenor has actively strengthened the retail offer within the centre, introducing international and forward-thinking brands. A part of its strategy is to increase the fashion, food and beverage and leisure offering, to ensure the centre is the premier destination in southern Stockholm where people want to spend their leisure time.
This approach is guided by Grosvenor’s ‘Living cities’ philosophy, which Grosvenor uses to ensure its activity delivers positive commercial and social benefit to the places in which the business is active.
