GROSVENOR WORKS WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLD. THE WORD PARTNERSHIP DOES NOT JUST RELATE TO THOSE WE WORK WITH - IT DESCRIBES THE POSITIVE AND COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO BUSINESS THAT WE AIM TO BRING TO ALL OUR ACTIVITIES.

BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL: we are creating Festival Place, a £300m, 78,996 m2 new town centre for Basingstoke. Financed by Hermes, Equitable Life and NPI, Festival Place will be completed towards the end of 2002 and will fulfil the Borough Council's ambitious plan to create a new environment in the heart of the town.

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL: we are working with Henderson Global Investors to respond to the City Council's vision for a comprehensive regeneration of the Paradise Street area, a 17 hectare site. The objective is to create a mature mix of new and restored office, retail, residential and leisure buildings without the sense of authoritarian master planning epitomised by shopping centres of the 80s and 90s.

UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND: we are developing bwtech@UMBC, a 16.6 hectare bio-tech research park on the University campus. The University wants to establish a reciprocal relationship between it and the occupiers. These companies' skills and products will complement the activities of the University, its graduate and undergraduate students and its facilities.

UNIVERSITY OF EDINBURGH: we have agreed with the University to create a 40 hectare research park, the Edinburgh Technopole, on the edge of the City. The park will target companies growing out of the University's own incubator centre and those with which it already has relationships as well as other research based organisations.

GAP: at Central Park, Rugby, we are developing a 40 hectare business and distribution park with Try-Galliford, our contractors and development partners Wilson Bowden. Gap Inc has chosen the park for the largest distribution warehouse ever in the UK of 62,360 m2. We also have Gap retail units in London and in our shopping centres internationally.
