23 Hulse Road, Southampton

23 Hulse Road is a residential development in the Bannister Park area of Southampton, a short distance from Southampton Common, to the north of Southampton city centre. 

 

Developed by Bellwinch Homes in 2005, 23 Hulse Road consists of 34

two-bedroom apartments in a gated community.  GRIF owns a 999 year leasehold interest in 16 of the apartments.  These are spread throughout the development with four apartments on the ground and first floors, three on the second floor, and five on the third floor.

 

The apartments are to be retained as standing investments prior to selling them empty to realise the vacant possession premium.
