We have two business units in Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, with a single purpose: we use our expertise in place-making, design and city living to create and manage successful places for our customers and deliver value for Grosvenor and our investor partners.

On the London estate four location teams are responsible for managing our properties in Mayfair, North Belgravia, South Belgravia and Eaton Square. Combining expertise in property management with close attention to customer service, these teams ensure residents, office and retail workers and visitors all experience the best environment we can provide.

The location teams are supported by experienced professionals in investment, development and project management.

The Grosvenor Developments team is responsible for all development activity outside the London estate. Their current focus is on prime residential elsewhere in London, but their expertise ranges across all sectors and a variety of regions in the UK  including Edinburgh and Cambridge.
