Isaac Metzger

I am responsible for the acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily, retail and office properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Prior to joining Grosvenor in 2019, Isaac held roles at Vornado/Charles E. Smith and JBG SMITH Properties, where his responsibilities included executing capital transactions and leading strategic direction of the company’s Washington, D.C. office portfolio.

Isaac is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP D.C. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
