We continue to manage and protect green spaces in our urban areas, acknowledging the vital role that they play in supporting the health and wellbeing of our communities. Green spaces are also essential natural drainage solutions which help to reduce urban flooding. 

In North America, our property business is building green space into our new developments: Neal Place Park, an 11,000 sq ft park in Washington, D.C., will be completed in 2023 and will enhance community access to nature. 

In our Brentwood master-planned project in Metro Vancouver, we have ensured that the development will feature a 4.5-acre pedestrianised public realm representing 60% of the site area.
