Employees on the Eaton Estate attended a careers fair at a Chester college, organised by the Chester and Warrington Pledge Partnership, which puts employers at the heart of informing and inspiring young people about the career and progression opportunities locally, helping to raise awareness of the wide range of roles and opportunities which are available. 

Members of the Grosvenor Rural Estates HR team spoke to teenagers from local high schools, inspiring them to think about working on rural estates, qualifications needed to enter particular career paths as well as apprenticeships and traineeships.
