We developed a responsible investment policy to assess and improve the delivery of social and environmental benefit of our diversified property investments. 

We conducted our first materiality assessment of our scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions on our portfolio of investments and we will use the data to plan our route to operational net zero carbon through third parties.
