We think our UK property business (GPUK) is a really special place to work. So, before we talk graduate programme specifics, here’s a bit about who we are and what’s important to us.
Our focus is on creating great places where communities, businesses and nature thrive. We’ve been developing and managing neighbourhoods for over 300 years, pioneering change and new ways of thinking about property. Our heartland is in London’s West End, and we also invest in neighbourhoods and buildings elsewhere in the UK.
We're part of something much bigger too. Grosvenor’s wider organisation spans urban property, food & AgTech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives. We’re united by a common goal: to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit.
We may have 340 years of history, but we’re firmly focused on the future.
From progressive environmental action to being at the forefront of community engagement, new ideas and fresh perspectives really matter to us. Did you know everyone at GPUK takes part in our innovation programme?
We welcome open minds and progressive ideas. Most of all, we we want our people to bring everything they are to work.
Well, there’s plenty to talk about. It’s purposeful, whether that’s greening our places in clever ways or engaging meaningfully with local communities.
It’s sociable, in our buzzing café and at our many events. It’s ambitious, which you’ll see in our transformational development projects and investment pipeline. It’s challenging, varied and supportive.
We also enjoy a flexible work environment and, because it’s a family business, we like to think we’re a little less corporate too.
GPUK’s two-year graduate rotation programme offers a fantastic start to your professional life as a graduate surveyor. You’ll:
In two 12-month placements, you’ll spend time with different teams such as Investment, Asset Management or Development. You might be helping to improve places and properties across London’s West End, or you might get involved in exciting, highly sustainable development projects.

What is the recruitment process/how do I apply?
We are currently looking for three graduates to join Grosvenor Property UK, full-time, in September 2023.
You’ll be participating in a strengths-based selection process. We look for evidence of your potential, rather than your past achievements. The process will also give you an insight into our business, our values and the role of a Chartered Surveyor at Grosvenor. The selection process consists of four stages:
Application form: Applications open on Monday 12 September 2022. The closing date for applications is midday on Wednesday 16 November 2022.
Case study: Successful applicants will be invited to the next stage of the selection process, which is an online case study. This is a timed, online exercise that takes about an hour to complete.
Telephone interview: This is the final stage of the selection process before the assessment day and will be a 30-minute interview by telephone to allow us an opportunity to get to know you better.
Assessment day: The final stage of the selection process will be an assessment day. Please note: we will be holding just one assessment day, on Wednesday 25 January 2023.
You will be notified of the outcome, whether successful or not, by the end of 2022 at the latest.
Reasonable adjustments: We want you to have every opportunity to show us your strengths. There are adjustments available for our process: please contact us at grosvenor.recruitment@grosvenor.com to discuss.
