Our response to COVID-19

This page explains Grosvenor’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic in North America.

Our aim is to lessen the impact of Coronavirus by continuing to follow government guidance and offer different forms of assistance within the communities we are part of. Since March 2020, we have:

  • Donated $370K to support community-based organizations, key workers and vulnerable groups affected most by the pandemic.

  • Made rent deferral arrangements for vulnerable/independent retail tenants to help with short-term cashflow concerns.

  • Offered our tenants practical guidance and information on resources and financial assistance programs available.
  • Supported tradespeople working on our construction sites by providing hot lunches and gift cards to local restaurants.
