We entered mainland China in 2004 with the opening of our Shanghai office, focusing on residential.

With a small but dedicated team we have successfully managed and disposed of a number of value-add residential investment projects in the city, including Chester Court at Gubei, Belgravia Place at Hua Shan and Grosvenor Place at Lakeville Regency.

In 2013, we made our first office investment in China in Shanghai, acquiring a small section of Shui On Plaza, a Grade A office building located in the prime Huaihai Road business district.

In 2018, we entered a strategic partnership with Forte Land to invest in the residential component of a mixed-use development in Nanjing.

In 2018, we entered a strategic partnership with Forte Land to invest in the residential component of a mixed-use development in Nanjing, China. The project will consist of 168 residences, serviced apartments, and a hotel built across a 99,300 sq m site.
