Grosvenor’s varied international office portfolio ranges from heritage listed buildings and repurposed goods yards on our London estate, to larger modern properties in cities such as Vancouver, San Francisco and Hong Kong.

Offices account for 24% of our property portfolio. Our focus is to deliver office space in walkable locations that meet the needs of our occupiers.

We are conscious that quality yet affordable office space is often hard to find for charities. In London we work closely with The Westminster Foundation, which manages the philanthropic activities of the Grosvenor family and Grosvenor Estate, to provide subsidised office accommodation in central London, mostly around Victoria. Through this partnership, we support around 30 registered charities, enabling them to deliver much needed support and services to our local communities.
