Modesto Lafuente 26
12 modern homes situated in a converted office block
At Modesto Lafuente, we are transforming a 2,000 square metre underutilised office building into a collection of three and four bedroom apartments in the charming neighbourhood of Chamberí.
We will convert the six-storey building into a high quality residential development in the emerging Ríos Rosas neighbourhood in Chamberí, where there is a high demand for new homes.
Our scheme will deliver 12 new apartments with flexible layouts, including a ground floor duplex home with private garden and two duplex penthouses with large terraces. There will also be a concierge, private parking with electric charging stations, a gym, a communal rooftop terrace and pool, with unparalleled views overlooking a protected green space and historic grove of trees.
One of the most characteristic elements of the building is the design of a new façade, which will improve the urban streetscape and contribute to the regeneration of the local area. The project is also in the process of being awarded a 'Very Good' international BREEAM sustainability rating.
Modesto Lafuente 26 is designed by prestigious international architectural firm, Estudio Lamela, which has more than 60 years’ experience in Madrid. Landmark projects include the Colon Towers and the iconic Terminal 4 in Madrid-Barajas.
