Douglas Crichton Home People profiles Douglas Crichton Director of Residential & North Belgravia Douglas is responsible for the residential portfolio across Grosvenor’s London Estate together with the mixed-use North Belgravia portfolio. Joining Grosvenor in 2005, Douglas’s experience has included residential investment activity, cross sector asset management, overseeing disposals activity and managing Grosvenor’s enfranchisement function. Before joining Grosvenor, Douglas worked for Knight Frank as a commercial asset manager. Douglas has sat on various industry committees including with the RICS and BPF. In 2015 he co-authored the RICS Guide to Leasehold Reform. Douglas holds a Masters degree in Land Economics from Cambridge Univeristy and a degree in History. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators.
