Director of Development - Head of Bermondsey

Heather has extensive experience in town planning, property and development, and has a track record of delivering highly sustainable, award-winning developments.

Heather leads Grosvenor’s development in Bermondsey, which will comprise over 1,500 homes to rent as part of the regeneration of the former Peek Freans Biscuit Factory. 

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Heather led Cambridge University’s largest capital project in its 800-year history, the North West Cambridge Development, a 3,000 home extension to the city of Cambridge. Heather was previously a director of town planning at AECOM, where she led planning and regeneration initiatives across the UK and abroad.  Heather is member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and also a Board member of the Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association.

Grosvenor has developed proposals for 1,548 rental homes in Bermondsey, working closely with the local community to bring the former Peek Frean’s factory back to life
