Jonathan Carr

I am responsible for overseeing the execution of Grosvenor’s development programme in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, supporting the local development teams in those markets, and collaborating with our Capital Markets team on driving institutional partnerships across our US development projects.

Jonathan is responsible for managing the development teams in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco and overseeing all aspects of development activities in these regions. He also collaborates with the Capital Markets team on capital raising activities related to US development projects.

Jonathan joined Grosvenor in 2007, working on the San Francisco and Washington, D.C. development teams. He has led the development activities in Washington, D.C. since 2015. Jonathan serves on the Advisory Board of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Urban Land Institute, and as a Director of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).  

Jonathan earned his B.A. degree from Middlebury College in 2001 and his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina in 2007.
