Matt Bell

Corporate Affairs Director

Matt’s job is to build and manage the reputation of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, helping the business engage with communities and lead long-term campaigns to build public trust and champion our goal to be net zero carbon and zero waste by 2030.

Prior to joining Grosvenor in 2019, Matt worked on regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate in Kingston and the redevelopment of Euston station.

He has previously held leadership roles with global NGOs, public bodies and a FTSE 100 business. For ten years, he was Chairman of Hope and Homes for Children, an international children’s charity. He is a trustee of Leap, the youth conflict charity, co-founder and chair of the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, and sits on the board of the London Festival of Architecture.

" I help shape our operating environment, engaging with communities, councils and policy-makers, and campaigning on issues such as public trust and climate change. "

Community Success

Our success as a business is linked to the success of our tenants and of the places where we operate. That’s why community success matters so much to Grosvenor and why we think of residents and tenants as our partners.
